As per our latest news and source, Go first will start the refund after it resumes the operations and refund the customers as soon as possible. It has managed to arrange around 180 to 200 crores which helps them to at least start airline operations.
Go First plans to start their operation in order to regain the lost confidence and able to start to sell their inventory at the earliest. While on the other side Go First has not answered customer queries from 2nd May.
Even no customer support or social media had any proper replies about the issues only it continued to cancel the flights continuously till June 9th as per the latest update from their latest twitter profile.
Many of the customers money are stuck with Go First Airlines, but the company has carelessly cancelled the flights which has made only the customer to fear to travel with airline for both domestic as well as international destinations.
According to a source, airline seeks approval from the DGCA to resume with 22 flights and 156 daily operations but has not shared any update for refund of the customers whose money are stuck. This has affected travel industry to a great extend and many of the customers fear to book flight due to the issue.
DGCA and government needs to take action on this issue as its now todays national issue which needs a kind attention. Even on twitter people have asked for their refunds but still there is no reply from the company except for the forwarded message.
Here are some of the images of the customers complaining on their twitter handles but no one is responding due to which people are now loosing faith in online aggregators like Makemytrip, goibibo and others, as these online portals are failed to provide refunds to their customer due the Go First ongoing issues.
