Go First flights cancellation issues have ruined many travel plans of the innocent customers due to which many customers have lost their their hard earned money. Go first have not shared any update on refunds as well which has created more panic among the travellers.

Go First has been continuously cancelling their flights from 3rd May till the 30th May but have not refunded a single penny amount to any of their customers. Only forwarded messages are being shared on their social media, while even their customer care has been a very huge pain point.

No clarity is provided by the airlines and the customer care support, which has indirectly raised the question on how will DGCA and Government support to get the money back to their citizens.

Due to the current situation, the travel industry has been affected the most during the peak season. Tourism is a very important part of the government, but still this issue has no proper solution.

According to a source, Go first is trying hard to retain their pilots by offering retention bonus, yet there is no proper concrete decision from the company. Also many of the travel agents are very reluctant to sell Go First tickets ahead.

Many of the customers are still waiting to see the refund hope the issue gets resolved faster so that the situation gets back to normal.
